Booking motorcycle maintenance with Onsite Moto Crew is simple, transparent, and designed around your schedule. Here’s how the process works from start to finish. If you’d rather call or text instead of scheduling online, that works perfectly too.
1. Schedule Your Service Online
Use our online scheduling link to request a service date and time that works best for you. You can also include details about your motorcycle and the services you're looking for. This helps us prepare and ensures we bring everything needed for your appointment.

2. We Call to Confirm Your Appointment
After you submit your request, we’ll give you a quick call to confirm the details. During this call, we will:
- Verify your preferred date and time
- Review the services you requested
- Ask any additional questions about your motorcycle
- Confirm any special requirements
This step ensures everything is set before we arrive.
3. Receive an Estimated Cost Invoice
Once your service details are confirmed, we’ll send you an estimated invoice based on the work requested. This estimate includes:
- Labor
- Parts or fluids
- Any additional considerations (such as complex fairing removal)
You’ll know exactly what to expect before the appointment — no surprises.
4. We Arrive and Complete the Service Onsite
On the scheduled day, we come directly to your home or workplace with all the tools and supplies needed. You can watch the work being done or go about your day while we take care of your bike.
5. Payment and Ride‑Ready Results
After the service is complete, you’ll receive a final invoice reflecting the work performed. Payment is quick and easy, and your motorcycle will be ready to ride with confidence.
